After nearly three years of continuous enrollment, states returned to the normal process of determining Medicaid eligibility on April 1st. With redetermination activities well under way and the large majority of states planning to process their first round of anticipated terminations by July, early reports are already showing nearly 75% of all terminations have been for procedural reasons which means there are likely more to follow.
