In 2025, mPulse partnered with a large national health plan based in the Midwest – the largest health plan in its state serving over 1 million members – to deploy a member and provider portal for its Medicare Advantage population. The technology was delivered as part of a broader ecosystem that included claims administration, customer relationship management (CRM), and care management.
